1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Punters Den website, content, and subscription services (the "Service"). By accessing the Service or subscribing to any tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access where we reasonably believe a user is under age.

3. Nature of the Service — information and entertainment only

The Punters Den provides statistical analysis, tips, selections, and commentary relating to Australian Football League (AFL) and National Rugby League (NRL) matches. This content is provided for information and entertainment purposes only.

• We are not a bookmaker, wagering operator, or financial advisor.
• We do not accept, place, or facilitate bets.
• Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or betting advice.
• Any decision to place a bet is yours alone, made at your own risk.

4. No guarantee of results

Sports betting is inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that any tip, selection, or strategy will be profitable or successful. Past performance — including any backtested or historical results shown on our Scoreboard or elsewhere — is not a guide to or guarantee of future results.

Any win rates, strike rates, returns, or statistics we publish are provided in good faith but may include backtested (simulated) results that were not placed as live bets. Such figures are illustrative only and should not be relied upon as a prediction of future outcomes. Different bet types (for example Same Game Multis) carry different and often higher risk than head-to-head selections.

5. Subscriptions, billing and payments

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring weekly basis via our third-party payment and membership provider (Whop), who acts as merchant of record. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge until you cancel.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable given the time-sensitive nature of the content.
• Payment processing, billing, and related matters are subject to the terms of our payment provider.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, republish, or share our tips or content with non-subscribers, whether for free or for payment. Tips are licensed for your personal use only. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, analysis, and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to The Punters Den and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Punters Den, its operator, and its affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs (including gambling losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Responsible gambling

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
